Get ready to dive deep into your soul with a full day of activities designed to nourish your mind, body, and spirit. We'll start the day with a rejuvenating breathwork and yoga session to awaken your senses and set your intentions for the day ahead.💚
Afterwards, we'll gather for a potluck lunch where we'll share delicious food and connect with like-minded individuals. During the Open Heart Circle, we'll have the opportunity to play connective games and share our experiences and insights with each other in a safe and supportive environment.❤️
As the day unfolds, we'll move into a high-energy ecstatic dance session to let loose and express ourselves freely. And for those who want to stay a little longer, we'll end the day around a cozy campfire with live music to bring our hearts and souls together.❤️🔥
We ask to reserve your spot and pay 20 (for members) or 23 euros (non-members) to this account BE86 8904 4440 7450 add note: soul seek sunday + mailaddress. The day of the event you can donate what you feel fit between 10 and 40 euros.
In the evening you can have a vegetarian meal for 15 euros.
